This has had the unique effect of making  the layers of GaN become photoluminescent when the graphene is inserted on way. But when a different way is used it magnifies the conductance of the GaN by over twenty times. But this isn’t just a material breakthrough the method of applying the quantum dots is also revolutionary as it is the precedent for using photons to induce quantum dots in a substance. This method may be used for the doping (addition of normally an element) of semiconductors in new more efficient ways.
